Heat Exchanger Pipe
Most of these corrugated pipes are installed in so-called sanitary storage tanks.
DHW heating is particularly hygienic, since only the required amount of drinking water is heated.
Surface, wall thickness and wave geometry are adapted to the special requirements.
The area is larger than a smooth tube of the corresponding nominal size.
Turbulence, which occurs in the corrugated pipe, also ensure improved heat transfer compared to traditional heat exchangers.
Since pressure surges often occur in drinking water systems, our corrugated pipes are subjected to hard pressure load cycle tests.
During processing, we pay particular attention to a consistent weld seam quality. Gap-free processing is also important to prevent damage from the accumulation of corrosive substances. The orbital welds are carefully done with inert gas and are thus free from temper color .
We supply endless goods, bundles with specific connections or ready-to-install heat exchangers to storage tank manufacturers.
